Today:   Dr. Maria Carrillo and Dr. Heather Snyder join us from the 2018 Alzheimer's Association International Conference, to tell us about new research revealed at the event in Chicago that offers more hope for those suffering from Alzheimers' and related dementia -- and their families.

Northwest Indiana activist Ruth Needleman talks about, among other topics, an August 4th protest in Roselawn in Newton County of another attempt by GEO Group to build an immigration detention center -- and of a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for a highway billboard protesting ongoing ICE flights out of the Region.

And we hear more about the upcoming Chesterton Art Fair, in another "Eye on the Arts" conversation with John Cain of South Shore Arts.
