Indiana Youth Institute President and CEO Tami Silverman looks at what's happened 20 years after the release of a groundbreaking study on adverse childhood experiences and how youngsters are coping with them (or, in some cases' not coping with them)
Porter County Community Foundation CEO Bill Higbie talks about the organizatiion and the local Innovator Award it received for its expansion and creation of a regional center for philanthropy. And Lakeshore Public Radio's Steven Lattimore takes us out to a local facility where the Food Bank of Northwest Indiana is providing breakfasts and lunches to youngsters who -- because schools are closed for the summer -- they might not otherwise get a complete day's nutrition.
