Today:   A conversation with Lake County Assessor and Gary Mayor-elect Jerome Prince, who is preparing to take office in January 2020.  He talks about the work done so far for become Mayor, the Hard Rock Casino project in his city and his views on the lifting of property tax caps in 2020 and the impact on the city of Gary.
