The latest topics surrounding COVID-19 dominate this "Reporters' Roundtable."

“Times” reporter joins us to talk about the stories he put out in print and online, including an update on the latest with massive layoffs at the Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City as well as White Lodging at its corporate headquarters in Merrillville. Lakeshore Public Radio's Sharon Jackson talked to Karen Marlow-Kellemen, executive director of the Northwest Indiana Red Cross about a virtual version of its “Zero to Hero” program.

The Lake Area United Way is offering help to cover child care expenses due to COVID-19. President & CEO Lisa Daughtery joins us to tell us all about it. And Sascha Gee Burns of the LaPorte County Waste District shares information on how residents can properly dispose of large items during this time of spring cleaning. All of that and more on this Special Edition of Regionally Speaking.
